Mr. Sodhi is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Sun Valley Investments, a private metals and mining investment firm with an industry leading track record. He is also the Executive Chairman of Goldlogic Corp.

Vikram is also the Founder of the Sodhi Foundation, a nonprofit that aims to unlock novel medical treatments for PTSD and invests in early childhood education and economic empowerment initiatives in over 30 underserved communities in Colombia and India.

Mr. Sodhi has cofounded several private equity funds in the US, Latin America and India which have overseen over US $ 2 billion in metals, mining and affordable housing transactions and raised over US $ 1 billion of institutional capital from sovereign wealth funds, foundations, endowments and insurance companies.

Vikram is a graduate of Yale University where he received a full international scholarship and conducted neuroscience research at Yale Medical School. He serves on the Yale President’s Council on International Activities. He is also a Sterling Fellow at Yale University.

Vikram is fluent in five languages including Spanish and Portuguese.

Leidy Johana Garcia Montoya, dince June 30, 2022, has been a social manager and she has demonstrated significant achievements. She has effectively socialized the project to strengthen Community Action Boards with areas of influence and has engaged in negotiations with property owners to facilitate exploration tasks. Additionally, Leidy has played a key role in the “Memories of Life” program, which had a significant social impact on the elderly in the El Aporriado village in the municipality of Segovia. Her commitment to community engagement and social projects highlights her dedication and capability in the field.

Francy Daniela Rueda worked for 2 years at Nativa Ecosistemas Integrales, where she performed various tasks such as pruning cacao trees, grafting CCN51 variety cacao trees, harvesting fruit, supporting environmental efforts in waste separation and collection, assisting in the cacao drying process, and identifying cacao pests. For the past 2 years and 8 months, she has been working as a social manager, her responsibilities include community relations, territory enablement, and handling community and employee PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions).

Julieth Darlery Correa Herrera has a solid background in the mining sector, specifically with companies like Navar Asociados S.A.S, her expertise encompasses community relations, territory enablement, baseline establishment, and the formulation and execution of community projects. She has also been involved in training and strengthening grassroots organizations, negotiating easements for mining exploration, and coordinating educational strengthening programs for children and adolescents.

In July 2020, Yuliza Estefania Betancur Palacio worked as a psychosocial professional in the “Buen Comienzo” family modality for one year and two months. At the San Rafael Hospital in Yolombó, she provided clinical psychological care. Later, she served as a psychologist with the Fan Foundation, leading a project called “Generación Explora” for seven months. Currently, she is a psycho-orientator at Centros ADN, a position she has held for one year and seven months.

Marlyn Yolima Sánchez Carmona began her career at ICBF as a community mother for 3 and a half years, followed by 8 years with Buen Comienzo, where she performed pedagogical, family, and administrative support functions. Currently, she is working as an orientation assistant at Centros ADN, applying the Kumon methodology in an educational program.

Juliana Quintero Raigosa, from Yalí, has 10 years of experience in the field of comprehensive care and early childhood education, focusing on implementing playful learning plans. She has worked in various positions, including as a teacher at Centro Pedagógico Pimin, a pedagogical assistant at the Fundación de Atención a la Niñez, and currently as an orientation assistant at Centros ADN.

Verónica Tabares Mesa holds a technical degree in Comprehensive Early Childhood Care and is currently completing her degree in Early Childhood Pedagogy. Since March 2017, she began her career with the Fundación de Atención a la Niñez (FAN), where she worked for 3 years. Following this, she spent 2 more years at the Gotitas de Amor nursery school, gaining 5 years of experience as an early childhood educator. Currently, she has been working as an orientation assistant at Centros ADN for 1 year and 11 months. Throughout her career, she has focused on the comprehensive care of early childhood and the promotion of playful and recreational learning

Kimberly, from Remedios, Antioquia, performance as Pedagogical Assistant in Buen Comienzo Antioquia BCA family modality for a period of 9 months, Followed with Fundación de Atención a la Primera Infancia FAN and Los Flamingos, where they promoted from position to Teacher in a period of 5 years in the pedagogical accompaniment to infants between 2 and 5 years.

Maira Alejandra, from Remedios, Antioquia, in the foundation of attention to children from the integral accompaniment, professional with capacity to develop educational proposals from the identification of the physical, affective, intellectual and social needs and potentialities of children. Additionally, to diagnose, plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate educational actions. Promoting the self-education of children in early childhood in order to achieve their integral development.
